Chretien Herben has more than 20 years of experience in commercialisation of scientific research results. Chretien has hands-on experience as founder and CTO a high-tech startup based on his own PhD research. Subsequently, he worked in various positions with the government on valorisation and innovation programs, he set up a national technology transfer network and a start-up program and brought them to the most successful in the LSH sector. In addition, in his role as mentor and coach in various national and international programs, he has guided hundreds of startups and scale-ups in different sectors. Wil Hazenberg has 25 years of experience in the biotech sector successively as a scientist at a spin-off from the ETH in Zurich, as an entrepreneur and founder of a start-up company in Berlin, partner and investment manager of an incubator and a venture fund in Geneva, business development executive at various biotech companies and founder and partner of BioGeneration Ventures. He was also a board member at 10 biotech companies. His broad hands-on experience with all aspects of the valorisation chain; He uses foundation, technology transfer, patenting, deal making, collection of financing rounds and successful exits to support biotech startups.
